We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to fill a Full-Time position as a Member Service Representative Level II.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is expected to provide extraordinary member service, following the standards as set forth by Telhio Credit Union. This position must be able to successfully sell/refer products and services through anticipating our members� financial needs. The MSR II position is required to accurately open new accounts, sub-accounts, and interview members for all consumer loan requests while assisting and resolving any loan-related problems, take loan applications and close loans. This position also assists with more difficult transactions or service issues. Flexibility is required of this position to accommodate staffing needs in lobby, line, or drive up areas at all branch locations. This position may require opening and closing of the branch office by following all security guidelines.

Duties:1. Take responsibility and accountability in following all service standards set forth by the credit union.

2. Build member relationships through selling and referring credit union products and services to meet members� financial needs (Includes but not limited to, all share products, loan products, retirement products, and investment products/services) - through face-to-face and calling efforts.

3. Assess member loan needs from start to finish starting with loan type, ancillary product review and submission of application via online system for approval. Finishing with the closing and follow up as needed.

4. Maintains knowledge of all Telhio loan products, services, procedures and compliance regulations while staying informed of all policy and procedural changes.

5. Achieves minimum sales goals as established by management.

6. Participate in obtaining individual and team sales and referral goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

7. Assist team with difficult transactions or complicated member service issues.

8. Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and, month-end reports regarding branch productivity, as well as, assist in performing required branch audits.

9. Adhere to established policies and procedures set forth in controlling cash funds assigned to the position in a cash drawer and/or cash vault.

10. Maintain member confidentiality at all times.

11. Perform teller transactions as requested by member.

12. Balance cash drawer and perform all end of day functions.

13. Perform vault duties and all end of day branch reconciliation.

14. Maintain service, product, and operations knowledge, as well as, knowledge of all regulatory compliance regulations applicable to job responsibilities.

15. Adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and Customer Identification Program (CIP) through completing reports accurately and as required by law.

16. Perform other duties as assigned or required to ensure member service standards and company objectives are successfully met.

17. Protect Telhio Credit Union assets by following established internal controls and policies, including balancing.
Qualifications:� Previous sales, cash handling, and banking experience preferred
� Effective communication skills (oral and written)
� Strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy on all transactions
� Possess team �attitude� and professionalism at all times
� Strong computer/PC skills, ability to operate standard office machines needed to perform the job, such as computer terminal, calculator/adding machine, copier, and fax machine
� Must successfully complete the Telhio training course
� Notary Public designation
� High School graduate or G.E.D.
� Internet proficient
� Service focused
� Sales focused
� Ability to multi-task
� Telhio applicants must be able to pass a background check including: Credit, Drug Screen, Bondability, & Criminal Background.

While performing the duties of this job, you will need to have good manual dexterity as well as speaking and hearing ability. This position requires sitting; some reaching; frequent standing and walking; some stooping or kneeling. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. It is expected that the employee will read, compile, compute and record numerical and statistical data.
